See what really happens inside the oven

The TO81V is a precise in-oven residual-oxygen and environment analyzer that rides into the oven alongside the PCB. Integrating a zirconia oxygen sensor and a Type-K thermocouple, it records temperature, oxygen concentration and rail vibration in real time and synchronously, generating analysis curves.

By capturing the true in-oven data at each thermal zone and time point, it provides the basis for atmosphere control and solder-parameter optimization — shortening defect troubleshooting, raising soldering yield, and lowering cost through precise nitrogen-flow control. The body withstands the in-oven environment and operation is straightforward.

Temp, oxygen & vibration on one axis

The host software reads data over USB and generates temperature-oxygen curves and vibration curves: it overlays multi-probe temperature, in-oven oxygen (ppm) and rail-vibration on a single time axis, annotates key temperatures such as liquidus and peak, and supports per-zone oxygen and vibration comparison, curve viewing and export — for solder-defect diagnosis, atmosphere-control optimization and quality traceability.
